Problem Cause and/or Solution

The digital picture frame

will not power on

• Press the power button located on the back of the frame

in the upper-right hand corner.

• Ensure that the AC adapter is connected securely to the

frame and is plugged into a power source.

How do I turn on the digital

picture frame’s internal

battery?

• It is recommended that the digital picture frame’s internal

battery is turned to the “ON” position before first use.

This will ensure that all of the frame’s settings are

retained after it is powered off.

• The switch is located to the left of the CD slot (under the

door on the top of the frame)
